LIVE TRANSFER

Telemarketers contact lead lists of seniors and assess their interest level in regards to FEX insurance.  If the client states that they are interested in speaking with an agent to try and get approved for coverage, then a Live Transfer of the call will be connected to you the agent.  You have 120 seconds to converse with the prospect and determine if the lead is viable for a sale.  If you disconnect from the call within the 120 seconds, then you will not be charged for the transfer.
